Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

You grant buzzflarezo a non-exclusive licence to use such material solely to deliver the requested services. You warrant that submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with UK law including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR where personal data is involved.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All intellectual property on the site belongs to buzzflarezo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any material except for the limited purpose of receiving services.
